Installation
1DIN JVC MP3 Receiver on 2DIN Toyota hole
using part of VAZ-2108 (a little black box 45 RRUB)
1.
Connect
all wires as shown in Toyota Music Connector schema & JVC instruction
manual (bundled with receiver) nothing in particular, it takes about 30
minutes for me.
2.
In
my case, I decided to keep original leading-in socket to keep possibility to
install original Toyota receiver if required.
3.
General
front view without control board. This picture shows how 1DIN receiver combines
with the 2108-box.
4.
It
requires removing borders from the 2108-box (Im use hack-saw for metal and a
file).
5.
Receiver
installs on original ears it fits as native.
6.
For
more accuracy, Im making some holes in 2108-box via portable drill and secure
it by screws.

without 2108-box & receiver frame but with control board (in this case,
receiver becomes install flush-mounted, as native Toyotas receiver)

the foreground you can see 2 cable header its subwoofer out

the final stage of the installation testing & enjoying

We have 1 DIN CD/MP3 receiver with normal
radio frequency range and comfortable little box for CDs instead big and no-functional
2DIN Toyota Receiver.
